Refund and Returns Policy

Return Policy

  1. What is the time period for return of orders?

We have a product specific return and replacement policy. The return/replacement window will be available from 0-7 days from the date of delivery. Please check the return policy before placing an order.

Returning a product is easy. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return it using one of the return options. Please note that the return request of a product must be received within 7 days of the shipping date, and make sure the product is in its original condition.

We reserve the right to deny refund if the product does not meet its Return Policy guidelines. We guarantee that our products are free of manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or expiring product, we will accept the item for assessment and provide a return if validated by faulty.

RETURN INSTRUCTIONS

You can raise a Return Request for a product by following the steps below: 

  1. Tap on Order History
  2. Choose the product to be Returned 
  3. Enter details to create a return request

Returns are typically picked up within 2 – 4 business days from the original delivery address. Please ensure the package is ready to be picked up. Securely pack your return items in the original packaging, and make sure the product is sealed. 

Hand over the package to our shipping partner. In case, if you miss the return pickup, again one attempt will be made to pick up your return package on the same business days. After the second attempt, the return request will be canceled. 

Usually, our executive will try to reach you on your registered mobile number as soon as your return request is received, we will proceed with the returns check and validation. 

Once the return has been approved, we will notify you by message, and email, and your refund will be credited within 7-12 working days. If your return is not approved, a member of our Customer Care team will contact you.

Refund Policy

Refunds will be made to the same methods of payment that you originally used for the purchase within 7-12 working days. Please note that refund payments are dictated by the issuing bank and are not in our control. 

There are no extra charges for returns. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds of your product through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence. 

If a product is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.

ITEM DAMAGED DURING SHIPMENT

If you received a product which was damaged upon arrival, contact our Customer Care team immediately. You have the right to get a full refund on all shipments that arrive damaged. 

Inform us within 24 hours of receiving the product. 

To return an item, read and follow the Return Instructions carefully. Once the item is received, we will assess and validate, and if approved, we will refund the price of the damaged product.
