How can I pay for my order?

How can I track my order?

To track your order, you can download our app or go to the tracking page. Enter your tracking ID and click on ‘TRACK’. You can also login using your mobile number to view all shipments being delivered to you by Delivery and reach out to our customer support.

Why is my package delayed?

Your delivery may get delayed due to unforeseen circumstances. A new delivery timeframe will be mentioned when you track your shipment on our website. If you have any other additional queries regarding your shipment contact us.

How can I get the delivery of my product if I missed it today?

Your delivery partner will again reach out to you to deliver the product, but if you miss it again, then your order will automatically be canceled by the delivery partner.

How can I upload a prescription?

You can upload a prescription by clicking on the buy now button, under that you will find the upload prescription button.

When will I receive my order?

Usually the order is delivered within (3 – 5 business days). In case it gets delayed due to any circumstances, you can check the delivery status or contact our delivery partner for further information.

Why was my prescription rejected?

  2. The picture of the prescription is unclear

Will I get an Invoice of my order?

After buying your medicines, you will be provided with an invoice at the time of delivery by the assigned delivery partner. However, you can check your order summary in order history on the website or app.
